閃亮亮公園 / Kira Kira Park

閃亮亮公園（位於苫小牧市）是位在港口北碼頭的公園。緊鄰渡輪碼頭和入船公園。有草坪的綠地和遊樂設施的廣場，是市民休憩的場所。此外，在多目的空間會舉辦各式各樣的活動。船造型的戶外運動遊具非常受到小孩子的喜愛。也有噴水和戲水空間。這裡以夜景觀賞景點而為人所知。也有人來這裡釣魚。

Kira Kira Park (Tomakomai City) is at the northern wharf of the port, next to the ferry terminal and Irifune Park. As this park features a big grassed area and some playground facilities, it’s a place for recreation and relaxation. Also, there is a space to hold various events for get-togethers. Kids can have fun on the adventure obstacle playground which is designed like a ship. In summer, a fountain and a slow, shallow artificial stream gives children somewhere safe to play in the water. The night view is good, and some people enjoy fishing off the quay.
