產直工房Kitaru / Sanchoku Koubou Kitaru

產直工房Kitaru(位於羽幌町)是北留萌漁業協同組合的直營店。北留萌地區漁業有名的地方有天塩町、羽幌町、苫前町、初山別村。特別是蝦、章魚、花枝、河豚、蜆貝等作為特產品很有名。也有販賣加工食品。新鮮的海鮮和冷凍食品對於居住在附有廚房的旅館的長途旅行者要自己煮食而言或許是個不錯的選擇。


Sanchoku Koubou Kitaru (Haboro Town) is a shop run directly by the fishermen’s cooperative of the northern part of Rumoi District. The areas of Teshio Town, Haboro Town, Tomamae Town and Shosanbetsu Village are famous for fishing. Deep-water shrimp (amaebi), octopus (tako), squid and cuttlefish (ika), pufferfish (fugu) and basket clam (shijimi) are their local specialities. Processed seafood durable enough to be carried in luggage will make good souvenirs. Fresh seafood, or processed products to eat immediately will provide an interesting option for long staying tourists with cooking facilites at their accommodation.
