北海道的飲食文化（啤酒）/ Food Culture in Hokkaido (Beer)

札幌是在日本的啤酒史上佔有重要地位的都市。1876年時札幌開拓使麥酒釀造所誕生了，之後這個釀造所成為了日本四大啤酒製造商之一的札幌啤酒。時至今日在地的啤酒製造商也很多。也有限定在北海道販賣的大廠牌的啤酒。在便利商店也有賣，因此對旅行者來說很容易購買到。

Sapporo is an important city in the history of the Japanese beer industry. In 1876, Sapporo Kaitakushi Brewery was established in Sapporo, and later became Sapporo Beer, which is one of Japan’s four giant breweries (Asahi, Kirin, and Suntory make up the four). Kaitakushi is the Hokkaido Development Commission, which operated in the late 19th century. At present, there are many local Hokkaido beer makers. Interestingly, each large beer maker company sells a beer which is only sold in Hokkaido. As they are sold at convenience stores, travelers can easily find them.
