白鳥灣展望台 / Hakuchou-wan Observatory

白鳥灣展望台（位於室蘭市）位在往伊達市方向的國道37號線上，可以遠眺到室蘭市的象徵之一的白鳥大橋。此外，附近有JX能源公司的石油精煉廠，夜晚可以在很近的距離觀賞打燈後的工廠夜景。展望台往下延伸有遊憩步道但景觀沒有很好。停車場也設有廁所。

Hakuchou-wan Observatory (Muroran City) is on Route 37, which connects Muroran City and Oshamanbe Town through Date City . Hakuchou-wan literally means gulf of swan in English. People can see the Hakuchou Ohashi, which translates directly to Swan Big Bridge. This bridge is a symbolic site of the city. The petroleum refinery plant of JX Nippon Oil & Energy Corporation is near the observation spot, and is lit up at night and makes for a beautiful night view. There is a walking path underneath the observation spot along the coast line but the view from it is not overwhelming. Toilet facilities are available.
