Candy Labo is the name of a candy specialty shop managed by Ishiya Confectionary - which is famous for Shiroi Koibito (which translates to White Lover in English) chocolate cookies. Candy artisans make various beautiful candy products in front of people watching through an observation window. Heated candy is worked by artisans' hands to become exquisite candy products, which are like art works. There are two shops in Sapporo; one in Chocolate Factory (Miyanosawa, Nishi Ward in Sapporo) and the other in the basement floor of Odori Nishi-4 Building (Sapporo Ekimae-dori Underground Walkway: Chi-ka-ho).
