MITSUI Outlet Park札幌北広島店（位於北広島市）是位在新千歲機場和札幌之間的暢貨中心。有許多海外的遊客會到訪這裡。有很多知名品牌的商店、可以吃到有北海道特色美食的美食街和土產紀念品商店。MITSUI Outlet Park還製作了北海道吉祥物ZINNKUN（成吉思汗烤肉）和MAIPIー（北広島產的紅毛米）介紹暢貨中心的影片。

Mitsui Outlet Park (Kitahiroshima City) is a huge outlet mall located between Sapporo and New Chitose Airport, which is the gateway to Hokkaido. A lot of tourists from all over the world visit this mall, as it is already a popular destination. It houses a lot of well-known brand shops, a big food court where visitors can try popular Hokkaido dishes, and a section for Hokkaido souvenirs. A short movie with Jin-kun (Jingisukan, a local meat dish) and Maipi (Red rice) introducing the mall has been uploaded to YouTube. Jin-kun and Maipi are Yuru-chara, or promotional mascots, of Sapporo and Kitahiroshima.

生態博物館中心知新的車站 / Eco-Museum Center Chishin-no Eki

生態博物館中心知新的車站（位於北廣島市）是可以學習自然史和鄉土史的博物館。這裡有展示著地球的歷史以及在市內所發掘出的地層和化石。也可以看到開拓當時對人們生活上有所幫助的生活道具。此外，也有介紹支撐產業的重要人物的貢獻。城市名稱的由來是因為最初在19世紀時從廣島移民的25個家族。

Eco-Museum Center Chishin-no Eki (Kitahiroshima City) is a museum of natural history. Chishin-no Eki stands for a station to learn old and new history. Actually, this museum focuses on both the natural and industrial history of the city. They exhibit fossils, including mammals like dolphins, shells, geologic strata, which all of them were discovered there. Moreover, they exhibit everyday goods used in the 19th century, when 25 families came from Hiroshima Prefecture and settled in. Kitahiroshima stands for the northern Hiroshima. Some key business men who contributed to the city are also featured in the museum.

和平之燈公園 / Heiwa-no-hi Park

和平之燈公園（位於北広島市）是為了祈願世界和平和人類友好而於1996年建造而成。北広島市和被原子彈轟炸過的広島縣広島市有很深的關係。在1884年北広島市是由広島縣的人移民，在此地開拓的。這裡的燈火是從廣島和平紀念公園所分來的火源並且被維護著。因為是非常小的燈火，白天很不容易辨認。

Heiwa-no-hi Park (Kitahiroshima City) was constructed in 1996, in the name peace and friendship in the world. Heiwa means peace, and Hi means the light of a torch in English. This city has a deep connection with Hiroshima City, where an atomic bomb was exploded in World War II. In 1884, a group of people came from Hiroshima to start cultivating. It was the beginning of Kitahiroshima, with Kita meaning north. In this park, a fire has been kept alight in a torch since it was drawn from the original torch at Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park. As the fire is small, it is difficult to see in the daytime.

共榮河川綠地 / Kyouei River Green Space

共榮河川綠地（位於北広島市）是在鄰近於北広島市役所的輪厚川的堤防上，作為休憩場所而規劃的。這裡有很多大波斯菊，9月中旬為最佳觀賞時期。在寬度約5m的河川中設置有腳可以踩的石頭，因此可以腳踩石頭橫渡河川。也可以看到有人在這裡釣魚。如同大波斯菊的日文漢字寫成秋櫻，是告知秋天來訪的花朵。

Kyouei River Green Space (Kitahiroshima City) is in Kyouei district, which is near the city hall, and the location is on the banks of Wattsu River. It is used as a place for relaxation and refreshment of citizens. The highlight is the field of cosmos which blooms in the middle of September. Stones have been placed in the river, allowing people to walk across the river, which is approximately five meters in width. People also enjoy fishing there. The kanji characters of cosmos are 'autumn cherry.' So, cosmos is an icon giving the impression of the arrival of autumn.
