札幌開拓使麥酒釀造所見學館 / Sapporo Kaitakushi Brewery Exhibition Room

札幌開拓使麥酒釀造所見學館（位於札幌市中央區）是札幌啤酒所經營的品牌「開拓使啤酒」的小型工廠所附設的設施。位於日本啤酒產業的發祥地舊址，高聳的黑色煙囪為其象徵的SAPPORO FACTORY內。除了可以參觀釀造設備之外，也有展示著昔日的照片等貴重的資料。

Sapporo Kaitakushi Brewery Exhibition Room (Sapporo City Chuo-ku) is next to the Sapporo Kaitakushi Beer brewery. Sapporo Beer is one of Japan's giant beer makers. Kaitakushi is the name of its brand and is derived from the old name of the Hokkaido Government known as the Hokkaido Development Commission. This small brewery is located in Sapporo Factory which is a huge shopping mall, and has a tall, black chimney as their symbol. This site is known as the birthplace of the Japanese beer industry. The chimney was used at that time. Visitors can learn about their beer here.
