Wave Street 和 Bay Terrace是位於Wing Bay 小樽的靠海側4樓的免費休息處。Wave Street除了設有椅子之外，也有販賣飲料的自動販賣機。Bay Terrace是可以看到遊艇碼頭和大海的戶外休息處，特別在夏天是個非常舒適的地方。Wing Bay 小樽是與JR小樽築港站直接連結的大型商場。

Both places are on the fourth floor of this commercial complex, located on the sea facing side. There are many chairs at Wave Street, and some drinks vending machines. People can spend a comfortable time there. Alternatively, people can take in good views from Bay Terrace which is an open space like a huge deck. A yacht harbor and the ocean are just in front of Bay Terrace. It's very nice especially in summer.
