Akarenga Terrace （紅磚露台）眺望藝廊 / Akarenga Terrace Observation Deck Gallery

Akarenga Terrace （紅磚露台）眺望藝廊（位於札幌市中央區）可以參觀的時間為4月到12月的上午10點到晚上20點。從位於大樓5樓的整片玻璃窗的瞭望空間可以俯瞰到北海道廳舊本廳舍（紅磚廳舍）和北三条廣場。通往瞭望藝廊的方法是利用位於3樓的美食街的專用電梯前往。

Akarenga Terrace Observation Deck Gallery (Sapporo City Chuo-ku) is open from 10 a.m to 8 p.m from April to December. This observation deck with a gallery is on the fifth floor, and it is walled with transparent glass. It is possible to take in a bird's-eye view of both the Kita 3-jo Plaza and the Former Hokkaido Government Office Building, also known as the Red Brick Office, which is one of the Hokkaido's symbolic sightseeing spots. Access to the observation deck is via a special elevator from the third floor which houses a food court - "Bar Terrace".
