500日圓以下的美味日本料理系列（站食蕎麥麵）/ Meals under 500 yen -Tachigui Soba & Udon noodles

站食蕎麥麵&烏龍麵是日本傳統的速食。一般來說商品價格都在500日圓以下。有需要購買餐卷的店家和直接付費給店員的店家。有各式各樣的蕎麥麵、烏龍麵（Kake蕎麥麵［kake烏龍麵］是沒有配料的麵）。也有很多店家備有飯糰等其他的菜色。店內不會放椅子因此是站在櫃台前站著吃的。

Tachigui Soba and Tachigui Udon noodles are Japanese traditional fast foods. Tachigui means "eat while standing-up" in English. Soba is typically thin buckwheat noodles while Udon is thick wheat flour noodles. At Tachigui Soba & Udon shops, most meals are priced under 500 yen. Some shops have a vending machine to buy tokens or tickets, and some receive money from the customer in a traditional manner while ordering what he/she wants to eat. There are different toppings such as tempura; and Kake Soba/Udon stands for no topping. Also, most shops offer other light meals such as onigiri (rice ball).
