味之三平 / Ajino Sanpei

味之三平(位於札幌市中央區)據說是日本首家提供味增拉麵的店。雖然也有味增拉麵是在大眾食堂誕生的說法,然而味之三平的味增拉麵是從1954年開始出現在菜單上的。為了要讓味增高湯能夠充分吸附在麵條上而使用捲麵(與札幌的西山製麵共同開發)。至此之後,捲麵就在日本全國推廣開來了。

Ajino Sanpei (Sapporo City Chuo-ku) is said to be the first ramen shop to offer miso ramen in Japan. Some say these type of ramen noodles - which are in thick miso flavored soup - were created in a cheap eating place. However, Ajino Sanpei offered it on menu as early as 1954. As for noodles of Ajino Sanpei, they are curly; and can absorb much more soup than straight noodles. These type of noodles were the result of good collaboration with Nishiyama Seimen, an old noodle maker in Sapporo. Later, these curly ramen noodles became one of Japanese standard ramen noodles' .
