「Nagara」(從地下鐵大通站一號出口可直達,位於昭和大樓的地下一樓)是位於札幌市中心的一家站食蕎麥麵&烏龍麵店。最受歡迎的料理是400日圓的蔬菜天婦羅蕎麥麵。蕎麥麵上乘著使用洋蔥等蔬菜所做的炸蔬菜餅天婦羅。雖然它是速食的站食蕎麥麵店,因為「Nagara」的總店就在附近(可以就近取得正統蕎麥麵店的醬汁高湯和炸天婦羅),所以料理的品質很高也很受歡迎。夏天也有賣冷蕎麥麵。從札幌雪祭會場到那裡也很近。
Nagara (located on the basement floor of Showa Building which is directly connected to Exit 1 of Odori Subway Station) is a stand-up style soba and udon noodle shop. The most popular item on the menu is Yasai Ten soba or udon noodles for 400 yen. Yasai means vegetable in English and Ten stands for Tenpura. This shop uses big tempura made mainly of onion. As this shop is a branch of a regular soba restaurant, they have recognized, high quality soba - despite it being a very casual stand-up style venue. In summer, they offer a seasonal menu too; noodles served with cold soup.
