祝津親水綠地 / Shukuzu Shinsui Ryokuchi

祝津親水綠地（位於室蘭市）是面向大海的公園。採用階梯式的防波提工法，可以讓小孩子享受玩水的樂趣。瞭望平台上有被稱作「幸福之鐘」的造景藝術。此外，這裡也設置有英國軍艦的造景藝術。可以在緊鄰的道路休息站「Mitara室蘭」購買輕食或飲料在這裡邊享用邊渡過愉快的時光。

Shukuzu Shinsui Ryokuchi (Muroran City) is a park in front of the sea. Erosion control by way of concrete steps down to the sea has been constructed, so even kids can play in the sea water. There is a monument consisting of a bell called “Koufuku-no Kane”, which means Bell of Happiness in English, on the observation deck. Also, a sculpture of an English battleship was commissioned in commemoration of a visit in the late 18th century. A road-station “Mitara Muroran” is next to this park, and it is nice to buy snacks or drinks there and have them in this park while enjoying the calm atmosphere.
