前田森林公園 / Maeda Forest Park

前田森林公園（位於札幌市手稻區）是作為包圍札幌街道的綠化帶的構想，於1987年開園的。公園的一半面積為森林，從春天賞櫻到秋天賞楓在這都可享受散步的樂趣。這裏的紫藤花很有名，5月下旬到6月上旬正好是觀賞時節。從瞭望休息室朝向手稻山延伸約600公尺的人造池也很有名。

Maeda Forest Park (Sapporo City Teine-ku) was established in 1987 following the concept of Sapporo's Greenbelt. The purpose was to surround the city with a green zone, and this park was established in Teine area as part of this. Half of the park consists of a large forest. Visitors can find beautiful seasonal plants such as cherry blossoms in spring, and colored leaves in autumn. The Japanese wisteria, which blooms from the end of May to the beginning of June is especially famous. There is also an artificial 600 meter-long pond, or canal; and Mt. Teine can be seen from the observation lounge, which is free to enter.
