Rose Garden Chippubetsu (Chippubetsu Town) is a green park dedicated to plants and flowers, focusing on roses in particular. As it is located on a hill, it allows visitors to enjoy the town's rural, panoramic landscape. There are three thousand colorful roses from three hundred different species. There are also facilities for visitors - Rose Castle houses a cafe and a shop which sells souvenirs made from roses, and Welcome is an eating house which offers a menu using Chippubetsu's local specialties and snacks. In the garden, some heart-shaped objects are installed, giving the feeling of romance.
