蕎麥紀行(札幌市北區)是位於JR札幌站閘口內的蕎麥麵食堂。只使用北海道產的蕎麥粉來製作蕎麥麵。2017年4月現在所使用的是不混合其他地區產的而只使用幌加內町產的蕎麥粉來製麵。幌加內町是日本最大的蕎麥生產地,所產出的蕎麥風味跟香氣都很好因此而聞名。店內雖然也有賣豆皮壽司,但沒有蕎麥麵以外的菜單。
Soba Kikou (Sapporo City Kita-ku) is in JR
Sapporo Station. This soba specialty restaurant is casual, but they offer
genuine soba noodles. They use soba, or buckwheat noodles in English, produced
in Hokkaido only. They presently use Horokanai Town’s buckwheat without
blending it with any other grown in different areas. Horokanai Town is very
famous for buckwheat production and it has the biggest buckwheat field in
Japan. Japanese people regard it as having high quality taste with a good
aroma. This restaurant offers exclusively soba noodles. However, Inari-zushi, a
kind of sushi, is available as a side dish.
